MIxture of photos (+ greyscale for bump) and shaders. Obviously in this context everything looks a little 'new' and perfect. Texturing is a very complex procedure to get into to make things worn etc. and something I've not really learned yet, but using ambient occlusion to add some gritty shadows and obviously the post production colour correction etc. to pull everything together should give a really nice finished result. I'll do a quick colour corrected test screen with the screen printing 'Carousel' in the 5th floor setting to give an idea of this.
